The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges World Sheep Festival from any and all actions, cause of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of, any damage, loss or personal injury or illness which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequence of the World Sheep and Fiber Arts Festival.  Collection of sales tax and payment to the State of Missouri is the responsibility of each vendor.

1. There is no electricity for exhibitors.  Inside space is inside a large exhibitors tent.  Outside 
    space means you furnish your own canopy.
2. This area is limited to those crafters with 90% of their inventory being sheep/wool-related.
3. Please check in at the Food Stand before setting up your display. Set-up times are on Friday  
    afternoon/evening and Saturday morning after 7am.
4. Exhibits must be left up for the entire festival. (Saturday thru Monday)
5. Please stay within your designated booth space. 
6. There is NO PARKING of vehicles or trailers around the vendors’ tent during the festival.  
    This is for loading and unloading before and after the festival
7. If you require special items, PLEASE ask us before the festival.
