| Sale Times |
| Exotic and Colored Sheep and Goat Sale will be Sunday, August 31. The sale will begin at 3:30 p.m. (Consignments will be accepted until 3:00 p.m.). Registered and Commercial Sheep Sale will be Monday, September 1 at 12:00 Noon. |
| Consignment Information |
There will be a $5 per head pen fee charge for each animal consigned.
This fee will be non-refundable, non-creditable and payable upon
arrival. A commission of 5% will be charged on each sale. Commission
will be charged on the amount of the last bid. Commission also applies
to any animal sold in the barn not going through the sale ring. |
| Sale Order |
| All animals will be sold in the order they arrive and are penned in the sale barn. There will be no exceptions. No Animals Will Be Permitted in the Sale Barn before 3:00 p.m., Friday August 31st, 2007. |
| Terms |
| Cash. All animals are to be paid for before leaving the sale barn. The auctioneer's decision will be final on any dispute reguarding bids. All animals will be at the purchaser's risk as soon as sold and any expense thereafter will be paid by the purchaser. Each sale shall constitute a contract between the consignor and purchaser. The sales management and festival organization shall not in any way be involved in the performance of the contract. |
| Registration and Health Papers |
| Registration papers will be required on all animals sold as registered and the transfer of these papers will be at the auction ring. Each consignor must porvide a health certificate from their local veterinarian on all animals presented for sale. No animal with a contagious disease will be permitted to unload or be penned in the sale barn. There will be a veterinarian on the grounds. All animals to be listed individually by tag or tattoo number on health papers. |
